What do you charge for shipping?
Germany standard shipping calculated at checkout. Approximately 4.95EUR per shipment.
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post depending on the order.
EU standard shipping calculated at checkout. Approximately 10.95EUR per shipment.
Switzerland shipping calculated at checkout. Approximately 20.95EUR per shipment.
Where does Offrotie deliver?
We ship worldwide to all countries.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Germany: 2 - 4 days
Europe: 3 - 8 days
Overseas: 7 - 16 days
Do I have to pay international taxes or duties?
Customs fees may apply for international orders outside the EU. Please check your local regulations.
Please note that in the event that you refuse to accept the shipment, the original shipping costs plus the costs for returning the package to Offrotie GmbH will still have to be borne.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking link to view the status of the package.
A product is missing from my order. What can I do?
If something is missing or an item in the wrong size or color has been shipped, please contact us at offrotie@gmail.com and I will make sure that you receive your correct order quickly.
Return
How can I return an ordered product?
It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with us and our products! If you are not satisfied with your Offrotie products, we will gladly accept your return within 15 days of receipt of the package.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns that have been worn, washed, damaged or otherwise changed and that we cannot refund the shipping costs. After receiving the returned item, we will refund the full amount to the payment method you used.
How do I proceed with a return?
Please contact us at offrotie@gmail.com so we evaluate if a return is necessary. In order to avoid unnecessary printouts and for the sake of the environment, we do not enclose a return slip with the package.
If possible, pack your return in the original packaging so that nothing stands in the way of a resale.
If a return is unavoidable, take the package to the nearest post office, and send the package to the following address:

To return, we strongly recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking!
Please understand that Offrotie cannot cover the shipping costs of the return - our customers have to pay for this themselves.
If the return is due to an error on our part, please contact our customer service (offrotie@gmail.com) so that you can return your product free of charge and new product will arrive as soon as possible. For returns for another reason, you must bear the cost of the return yourself.
Can I exchange my ordered items?
If you have ordered the wrong item, you can exchange it yourself. Please contact us at offrotie@gmail.com and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
From where and who does the Offrotie products ship?
Of course, we work with our partner, a local educational organization, with high pressure and a lot of love to ensure that your Offrotie products reach you in the fastest way. Together with our partners, we ensure that the production and shipping of your orders is risk-free in all respects - all processes are also regularly checked and reoriented if necessary.
Furthermore, we have chosen packaging for your orders that is both sustainable and practical.
Please note: the shipping costs will be calculated on your shopping cart value. Digital vouchers do not count towards the required minimum order quantity, as they are basically free of shipping costs. The calculation takes place after deduction of all discounts.
